New Archived Notices Page

The United States Department of Justice has issued a rule requiring state and local governments to ensure ADA compliance for their websites no later than April 24, 2026. As a part of this rule, certain PDFs and documents are exempt from the website compliance requirements if they were created before the rule was implemented, and if they are used for archive purposes only. We have created a new Archived Notices page for all election notices documents prior to 2024 to adhere to this exemption standard of the accessibility rule.
